Lead Complex Healthcare Projects with a Top ENR General Contractor

TrendHR is partnering with a Top ENR General Contractor in Dallas to identify a Senior Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction, including hospitals, medical centers, and clinic environments.

This is a high-impact field leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex healthcare projects where safety, quality, and precision are critical.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations on hospital and healthcare construction projects
• Champion jobsite safety and enforce all safety protocols and regulations
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and production plans
• Coordinate with Project Management, Preconstruction, and Ownership teams
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule adherence
• Review drawings, coordinate shop drawings, and ensure execution aligns with plans
• Manage staffing levels, materials, and equipment across all project phases
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and drive progress

What You Bring

• 8+ years of construction experience, with strong healthcare project experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects ($50M+ strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of healthcare construction standards, safety, and compliance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and project documentation
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of OSHA and applicable construction regulations
